During his career, Mr. Sprague has acquired or developed over 40 companies in a wide range of fields, including: building products, advertising specialties, healthcare, machine tools, knitting mills, steel products, computer rentals, publishing, home appliance manufacturing, mortgage marketing, toy manufacturing and fast food restaurants. He has taken companies public and private, has publicly and privately financed acquisitions, and helped refinance one of Wall Street's leading investment banking firms. Mr. Sprague has held several senior positions in the Young Presidents' Organization, a worldwide organization of company presidents, and in the senior division, the Chief Executives' Organization. Mr. Sprague is a member of the Entrepreneurial Advisory Board at Georgetown University's School of Business where he lectures each semester, as well as to other audiences throughout the United States. Mr. Sprague is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies throughout the United States. Mark Kozak Mark Kozak is Managing Director of Warwick Group, Inc. where he oversees acquisition of new companies, and management of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Warwick, Mr. Kozak enjoyed a career spanning 20 years in operational management and strategic planning. During this time, he worked in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals and health and beauty aids industries for Fort James Corporation and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. While with Fort James and Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mr. Kozak held several managerial positions in marketing, sales, manufacturing, administration, and strategic planning. This breadth of experience allows Mr. Kozak to bring a unique understanding of a company's strategic, operational, and financial needs to the party thus allowing Warwick to view situations from the operational perspective. This perspective serves to strengthen the relationship between Warwick and its portfolio companies. Mr. Kozak holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
